What We Offer

Do you want to know where your food comes from?  Are you a wool hobbyist or spinner looking for premium wool? A fellow rancher looking for some new genetics? Or a 4H student looking for a new project? We have a number of options that will fit your needs.

Pasture Raised Beef

We offer quarter, half, and whole beef. We are taking reservations for Fall 2022. The price is $4.50/lb hanging weight, estimating 500-600 lbs for a whole beef hanging weight. Butchering and vacuum packaging is a separate fee of approximately $0.80/lb hanging weight, paid directly to the butcher.

We also offer meat by the piece. Customers are welcome to contact us to schedule a time to visit and purchase directly from us.

Lamb & Goat Meat

We are currently sold out for whole lambs. Most recently, the price was $335 per lamb, including standard processing and packaging (butcher’s paper wrap). Additional processing and packaging options are available for selection and would be added to the final purchase price. Please contact us if you would like to be notified when whole lambs are available again.

Alternatively, we have lamb meat available by the piece. All packaging is vacuum sealed for freshness and aesthetics. Customers are welcome to contact us to schedule a time to visit and purchase directly from us.

Bluefaced Leicester Wool

We had several fleeces processed at a small mill in the US, specializing in personal service. They have been made into pin drafted roving and worsted weight triple ply yarn, both are available for purchase in our Etsy shop. We do have whole fleeces available. These will be posted to our store soon; however, please contact us if you have a specific project in mind.

Our sheep are professionally sheared and we skirt the fleeces well. Before any of them ship out, we give them an additional once over. We welcome feedback so that we can make our fleeces even more desirable.

Cattle

We currently have a young full Fleckvieh bull and a couple Fleckvieh/Red Angus cross heifers available. Please inquire for more details if you are interested.

Sheep

We have several ewes and rams available of various ages. Please contact us if you are interested in anything in particular and we can check the availability or add you to our wait list.
